West Ham have signed Ghanaian striker Mohammed Kudus on a five-year contract from Ajax.

West Ham United have signed Ghana striker Mohammed Kudus from Ajax Amsterdam on a five-year contract, with a transfer fee of 43 million euros.

Kudus, who made 87 appearances and scored 27 goals during his three-year spell at Ajax, joins David Moyes’ side as the third major signing of the summer, following former Ajax teammate Edson Alvarez and former Southampton midfielder James Ward-Prowse. The transfer fee can increase through variables.
