The Grizzlies are good at many things that matter most when it comes to keeping games close. They rank No. 1 in offensive rebounding rate and No. 14 in turnover rate. On top of that, they sit 12th in effective field goal rate.
The Grizzlies were 10-3 ATS as a home underdog last season and have yet to be in that position this season. Considering their strength at home and relative strength in impactful stats.
Golden State Warriors vs Sacramento Kings:

Despite the Warriors struggles as of late, they have managed to score 100 points in every game, and their lowest output has been 105 points (twice). Golden State has scored 120 or more in five or the 10 games this year, and with Stephen Curry and the crew likely returning after resting against the Pelicans, this should be a high-scoring affair. Both De’Aaron Fox and Curry can easily go for 30 for their respective teams, and this game should effortlessly eclipse the over 228.5 mark.

Washington Capitals vs Edmonton Oilers:

The CAPITALS are a solid play as home ‘dogs.
